HOW IT WORKS

A clear process, one step at a time

We want you to understand what to expect before you begin. Here is how registration, written case review and optional ongoing care are intended to work.

Your six steps

Follow the steps below to understand the process and the choices available to you.

STEP 1 · Register

Rs. 500

Pakistan members

$2.50

International members

Per individual member. Paid once at registration.

STEP 2 · Start your first care week

Your first care week is included after registration. The registration fee is separate from any optional continuing care.

STEP 3 · Share your concern in writing

Explain the health concern and provide relevant information or reports through the platform’s approved process. Once your membership is approved, you can submit your health case through the private case-submission form in your member account.

STEP 4 · Case review

Your case is reviewed and guidance or follow-up is provided according to the individual case and appropriate clinical review. The guidance available depends on the information shared and your circumstances.

STEP 5 · Choose whether to continue

If you experience improvement during your first week and wish to continue, you can choose our optional weekly care plan. Starting weekly fees are Rs. 1,000/week in Pakistan or $5/week internationally. The actual weekly fee depends on the practitioner you select and is shown on their profile. If no improvement occurs during the first week, you won’t be charged for another week. There are no automatic recurring charges.

STEP 6 · Follow-up or new concerns

Related follow-up and report submissions are included during an active case week. A new unrelated health concern is treated as a new case. If a case reasonably needs to pause while you await a test or report, inactive waiting time is not automatically treated as a chargeable care week.

Care is provided in writing

Communication and guidance are provided through written communication. This service does not offer video consultations or in-person appointments. If your concern needs a physical examination, testing or care beyond written guidance, you may need to see an appropriate healthcare professional in person.

Important safety note

This service does not replace emergency care. If you have potentially urgent symptoms, severe or rapidly worsening symptoms or believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate urgent medical attention or contact your local emergency service. Do not wait for written guidance.
